I'm happiest with a map in my hand and the rugged mountains at my feet.
I've summited Mont Blanc (4808m) & Aconcagua (6962m); run the Classic Inca Trail to Machu Picchu & a 160km ultramarathon.
My journey through life has taken me to diverse corners of the world. I've spent over 15 years living, travelling & working outside the UK & explored over
30 Countries across 5 continents.
My experiences range from working on oil platforms in the North Sea (one in the South China Sea), guiding trekkers through the French Pyrenees, and working as a lift operator at ski resorts in New Zealand. I've led gap year expeditions around South America, owned and managed property rentals in Buenos Aires and Patagonia, Argentina. Trekked to Everest Base Camp, walked the 870km
Camino de Santiago through Spain, and spent time beach hopping and exploring the rich cultures of
Southeast Asia.
Today, I call home a village in the north of the Cairngorms National Park in the Scottish Highlands.
